I was in a bad spot. I released the opener and tried to pull the door up myself but couldn't get it any higher than an inch. I thought it was stuck or locked in some way and couldn't be opened. Unfortunately he could not come out that particular night so he volunteered to walk me through getting the door open so I could get my car out. With his coaching I was successful and he sent his technician out to fix the door the day following my pup's surgery. Jim was professional, kind, knowledgeable and understanding of my dilemma.
