James came during the time allotment set. He diagnosed our problem, fixed it, told us during the process what it was and what it would cost and if we wanted to do it. We did have him complete the job, the cost was what he stated and we now have a working door opener. James was pleasant and forthright. We will use Girard’s again. Hope we get James!
