I would like especially to comment on your repair person, Blair. He was terrific. He diagnosed the problem quickly and present options for repair of the existing closure system or installation of a new system. He presented the options carefully and did not attempt to influence our decision. We decided in the end on having a new system, which works well and is wonderfully quiet. It was a pleasure having Blair in our home (our garage, anyway). He let me watch him work and explained the new door opener in great detail and give some tips about how to maximize its life and its use. Also how to increase the life of the wooden garage door. He is very meticulous worker and personable young man. He is a credit to the company.
